Do you offer delivery and installation services when I buy the machine?

Yes, we offer free delivery and installation when you purchase a unit with us. However, external costs such as changing taps (if necessary) are borne by you.

Are instalment plans available?

Yes. For OCBC and Standard Chartered credit cards users, there are interest-free instalment plans for 6, 12 and 24 months.

Other banks - DBS, UOB, Maybank, Citibank, HSBC and CIMB offer 3, 6 and 12 months interest-free instalment plans with a processing fee.

However, if you are paying in full, cash and all credit cards can be used.
